Earthquake shakes up the Southland today

Did you feel it? The Southland got hit with an earthquake this morning at 10:13 a.m. Apparently it was center four miles south-southwest of Glendale and two miles east-southeast of Hollywood, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Remembering Philip Seymour Hoffman: (1967 – 2014)

Celebrities joined family and friends for a private funeral service in New York yesterday for acclaimed actor, Philip Seymour Hoffman. The actor was found dead in his West Village apartment last Sunday, February 2. Media reports say Hoffman was discovered on the bathroom floor, with a needle in his arm.
