Nice site!

I wanted to make a comment about Burbank and the water issue(s). I completely agree that some people live to impose their values on other people. The water issue is nothing but a way to impose views on others.

Burbank has a council that likes nothing better than imposing their views on everyone. The problem is that their views are silly and destructive.

I fear that for some in Burbank the “water shortage” and the “sustainability” agenda have become part of a crusade… that will not change no matter what. They’re gung-ho on their conservation plans for the future to the detriment of the present.

Let’s not forget, the statistics show folks in Burbank have cutback and conserved water. However, it’s not enough for the crusaders.

Here’s hoping that sanity returns, and soon.
All indications, up and down the State, are that the worm(weather) has turned.
Snow pack, water content, reservoir levels, in-stream flows–you name it, it’s showing above average readings.
The YouTube postings should prove embarrassing to City Officialdom–or is it Dumn!
The fight goes on with the “yuppies” of all ages trying to impose their “standards” on the rest of us.
Conserve water, yes. Threaten and punish, NO.

No surprise it is raining after all we have this great big water shortage you know and some severe draught conditions. It’s raining just means higher water bills to make up for the shortage of water in their pollyanna world.
