The Mega Millions jackpot just keeps getting richer and richer. It has grown from $304-to-$312 million and could be even larger by draw time tonight at 8 p.m. Lottery fever has hopeful players slapping down a lot of green hoping to win a share of that jackpot.

This Mega Millions jackpot is now the largest in the nation.  The all time record Mega Millions jackpot of $390 million — was won back in March 2007.  There were two winning tickets — each worth $195 million.
