In fact, the staff set up two lines — one strictly for lottery ticket purchases. As the clock ticked down to draw time at 7:54 p.m, Mega Million ticket sales were restricted to only quick picks here.
I asked a staffer if the store had ever sold a lottery winner. Not a jackpot ticket, but one for $300,000 a while back I was told.
