Morris was dressed in civilian clothes with his I.D. on him, when his body was discovered around 6 p.m. on the west side of the freeway off-ramp. Burbank Fire Department paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. There were no signs of foul play, but it’s being treated as a suspicious death, according to the news release. Burbank police investigators are working on the case with the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

Also, the coroner’s office is conducting an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
