Three Burbank public libraries: Buena Vista Library at 300 North Buena Vista Street, Burbank Central Library at 110 North Glenoaks Boulevard, and Northwest Branch Library at 3323 est . Victory Blvd have been designated as cooling centers for folks to escape the heat. Also, you can visit cool shelters like the Burbank Town Center Mall,  local movie theaters, and any other places with “temperature controlled environments.”
