Academy Award winning director, Ron Howard, is showing his artistic side in a new way. Howard has designed a collection of colorful mugs to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, which are for sale on Amazon.com . Art lovers and the curious were drawn to a blocked-off section of San Fernando Boulevard, between Olive Avenue and Magnolia Boulevard, for the biannual Downtown Burbank ARTS Festival, yesterday. The two-day event wraps up today at 5 p.m. I dropped by and was impressed with the number of talented artists who displayed their work and took time to chat with festival visitors.
