The four city council candidates in the April 14, 2015 Burbank General Municipal will face-off at a forum tomorrow night. The candidates will appear on a panel at the Buena Vista Library 300 North Buena Vista Street in Burbank at 7:30 p.m. The contenders are incumbent Emily Gabel-Luddy, Will Rogers, Juan Guillen, and Chris Rizzotti.
