Celebrity couple Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are looking for new digs. Carey and Cannon have put their Bel Aire mansion up for sale. The asking price: $12.995 million, according to the Zillow blog. The estate has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, an indoor basketball court, and a custom nursery, which has been home to the couple’s twins Monroe and Moroccan. Also, the gated property has room to park 20 vehicles. Tennis champion/ interior designer, Venus Williams, has put her Los Angeles home on the market. Williams remodeled the post-and-beam mid-century Hollywood Hills home since purchasing it in 2005 for $1.9 million, according to the Zillow blog. Katy Perry's Hollywood Hills home sold

Around the Southland: Singer Katy Perry sells Hollywood Hills mansion

Pop diva, Katy Perry, is really getting a fresh start this new year. Perry finally sold the Hollywood Hills mansion she bought with ex-husband comedian/actor, Russell Brand, according to the Zillow blog. The estate was on the market last April for $6.9 million — it finally sold for $5.5 million. Perry apparently wanted a cash sell — and that may have been one of the reasons for the difficulty in finding a buyer. More here.
