The Burbank Police have the identity of a homicide victim — but the details of his death remain a mystery today. The body of 30 year-old Nshan Balyan of North Hollywood was discovered last Thursday, wrapped in plastic, in an open field in the 600 block of North Victory Boulevard, according to a Burbank Police news release. Detectives suspect Balyan was killed somewhere else and his body dumped in the Burbank field. Burbank man arrested in connection with a homicide

Local media is reporting the arrested of a 49 year-old Burbank man in connection with the death of a woman last night. Burbank Police answered a call about “a female not breathing” at a home in the 1900 block of Richard Street at around 10 p.m. Sunday, according to a news release. Once inside, officers discovered the victim’s body. The death was considered suspicious so homicide investigators were brought in. Murder charge filed against Burbank suspect

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has file one count of murder against a Burbank man in connection with the death of his mother. Moises Diaz was arrested last Monday, following the discovery of the body of  77 year-old Maria Diaz in an alley in the 4000 block of West Victory Boulevard. Diaz, 40, is being held on $1, 000,000 bail. A 40 year-old Burbank man is being held on $1, 000, 000 bail today, on suspicion of murdering his mother.
