Thunder, lightning, and rain in Burbank. The thunder rumbled and the lightning flashed around 3 p.m. A few sprinkles followed and that soon turned into a heavy downpour. Some gusty winds as well. A lot rain falling in Burbank this morning. Just before 9 a.m. lightning flashed across the sky, followed by rumbling thunder in B-town. The calendar says it’s the first day of spring.
