Burbank, like the rest of the Southland, is getting pounded by a major storm, which moved into our area last night packing strong winds and very heavy rain at times. This morning around 11 a.m., you could barely see through a heavy downpour along West Olive Avenue in front of Samuel’s Florist. Driving in the heavy rain is treacherous, but plenty of brave motorists were out on the roads and streets in Burbank. Stormy weather expected through Wednesday in Burbank

More stormy weather today so keep those umbrellas at the ready. Yesterday, the much anticipated storm rolled into Burbank and the rest of the Southland with periods of heavy rain and chilly temperatures. The chance of rain today is 90 percent. City of Burbank offering free sandbags

A major storm is set to dump a lot of rain on the Southland today and tomorrow. The chance of rain in Burbank is 100 percent on Tuesday. The weather watchers say we could get 1 to 2 inches of rain.
