Burbank stand-off suspect held on $140,000 bail

The suspect involved in that stand-off with police in Burbank  last Tuesday is being held on a $140,000 bail in the Los Angeles County jail. Brandon Degourville of Los Angeles was pulled over after authorities say a Burbank Police officer ran a check on the 2013 Honda he was driving and it came back as a stolen vehicle. Tense stand-off drama in Burbank ends peacefully

A tense stand-off drama played out on a street in Burbank this afternoon, when a suspect in a reported stolen car “refused to exit the vehicle,” according to Burbank Police Lieutenant, Eddie Ruiz. The incident began at around 2:38 p.m., when a Burbank PD patrol officer pulled over a 2013 silver Honda Fit after a license check revealed it had been reported stolen in West Los Angeles last night.
