Burbank N Beyond is no more. Yesterday, it was replaced with a slick new content rich and community focused website called myburbank.com.
A celebration of the launch drew a crowd of movers and shakers to the SmokeHouse over on West Lakeside in Burbank. Guests munched on yummy finger foods, which included the restaurant’s famous garlic bread and tasty meatballs. For those not on the clock, there was plenty of wine to fill their glasses. Also, each guest received a going home gift bag filled with goodies.
Executive Editor, Craig Sherwood, and Chief Photographer, Ross Benson, the twosome behind both websites, were joined by staffers, local officials and friends for the ribbon cutting.
Sherwood and Benson hooked up with the local web guru/strategist, Lee Wochner, and his team over at Burbank-based Counterintuity,to create the new site in about four months. There are a lot of features, along with news and sports on the site. Well worth a visit or two. So check out myburbank.com .
