Despite this summer’s major flop of “The Lone Ranger” (2013),  one veteran Hollywood screenwriter is still high on the genre. A lot of chatter on the Internet now about Academy Award winning screenwriter, Quentin Tarantino’s new script. It’s another western — but Tarantino says it will be different from “Django Unchained” (2012) — the movie that won him an Oscar for best original screenplay. Last Tuesday on”The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” the writer/director revealed the screenplay he’s working on is a western.  Also, the filmmaker described his writing process and talked about the DC Comics series  “Django Unchained,” which was adapted by screenwriter/director/producer, Reginald Hudlin, with art by Danijel Zezelj.
