2015 Burbank Primary Election endorsements

There are two seats open on the Burbank City Council in the February 24, 2015 primary election. The biggest issue in this election is development. Incumbent, Emily Gabel-Luddy, is running for re-election, but her pro-development views are problematic. Gabel-Luddy has come across as a cheerleader for development for her “yes” votes and fierce defense of the bloated Talaria/Whole Foods project and the failed very dense North Third Street project. Burbank Election News: Major endorsement for Ferguson, Frutos campaign video and more

Burbank School Board candidate, Steve Ferguson, has picked up a major endorsement. His campaign sent out a news release today announcing the endorsement of the Burbank Teachers Association. Family Night of Magic

A night of magic in Burbank

A magical night for a good cause is set for this Saturday, March 10, 7-8:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Burbank at 521 East Olive Avenue.
