New Burbank Target opening tomorrow April 4

Final preparations are wrapping up at the newest Target in Burbank. The store at 1033 North Hollywood Way is set for a soft opening Wednesday, April 4. Doors will open to the public at 7 a.m. tomorrow. The grand opening celebration is this Sunday, April 8. Burbank PD needs help in finding sexual assault suspect

Burbank Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a sexual assault suspect who allegedly groped a 12 year-old girl, at the Target in the Burbank Empire Center, earlier this month. The alleged attack occurred on Sunday, December 13, around 4:15 p.m. The girl was” with her mother, when the suspect walked up to her and squeezed her buttocks.  The suspect then walked to the exit and left the store.  No vehicle was seen, ” according to a Burbank PD news release. How Target ignored early warnings and got hacked

Target teams up with “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to give away millions

The giant retailer, Target, has a deal with “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and it could mean thousands for some lucky schools. Target has earmarked $5 million in grants for a slew of elementary and secondary schools recommended by the viewers of  the weekly talk/variety show. Viewers will be required to submit their recommendations through the “Ellen” website and give a “compelling” reason why their school deserves one of the grants to improve its learning environment.
